If you are still independent, not ready for rest home level care but just need a little extra support to live you life to its full, then assisted living could be for you. Our interpretation of 'independent' is that you are still able to do all the activities of dailing living that you would be doing in your own home. For example wash, dress, prepare meals, take your medication, and arrange your own social activities.
Any one aged 65 or over, who purchases the right to occupy a unit can become a resident of Tuatara Court.
The accommodation comprises of a one bedroom studio unit with a mobility friendly bathroom and a kitchenette. Residents are expected to furnish their own unit. Residents share a communal dining room and lounge area.
It is expected that you will lead an independent life within one of our units supported by the following services:

You will then need to pay a weekly service fee of $1500 per month which pays for the services listed above and your contribution to the up keep of the village. .
Assisted Living is not available under a rental or subsidized agreement.
